Arsenal’s long-awaited capture of Mohamed Elneny has finally reached an end with Arsenal’s official websitebreaking the news, and the first pictures of the midfielder wearing his new red and white shirt have been swiftly released.

Here are a series of images featuring our new midfielder:

Elneny’s shirt number has yet to be released but will no doubt he confirmed later today. The possible candidates are the popular strikers number ‘9’ (unlikely), ’22’ (however this is currently held by the on-loan Yaya Sanogo) but perhaps ’29’ or ’30’ could be him.
