The French forward, 19, is out of contract at the end of the season and has been offered a new deal.

But he isn't happy with the four-year contract that's on the table, alerting a host of top clubs.

Tottenham are keen on swooping while Manchester United and Arsenal are keeping close tabs on him too.

Everton are looking at the situation as well but the Mirror claim it's their Merseyside rivals Liverpool who are keenest on doing a deal.

Fulham would be due compensation in the summer from whoever Dembele decides to join.

That can either be agreed either privately or via tribunal as he has homegrown player status.

Dembele has scored 10 goals in 25 games for the Cottagers this season.
