Arsenal sign pair of highly-rated teenagers to start transfer period
The Gunners have added a pair of highly-rated starlets to their ranks as their first few moves in the January transfer window. 18-year-old full-back Tafari Moore and 17-year-old defender Tolaji Bola have both signed deals withArsenal with the chance of joining the first-team in the future.
Arsenal announced on their website that Moore had signed a new contract with the team while Bola agreed to his first professional football contract.
Moore has been with Arsenal since he was 12 years old and has become a regular for the Under-21 side. Arsenal’s website added that Moore helped the Three Lions win the Under-17 European Championship in 2014.
Bola is described as a “tough tackler” who has impressed with his composure and has represented England on the Under-16 side.
With the way Arsenal players have been dropping like flies this season, Moore or Bola could very well be on their way to the first-team sooner than expected.
